Dear all,
Does anyone have the Stata command to do Bayes Stochastic Frontier Analysis(SFA)?In Stata conference 2009,Italy,Federico Belotti present how to
use Bayes method in SFA,he gave the command bsfcross and bspanel,But I can not find it anywhere.
Can you share me the install package of bsfcross and bsfpanel?
