I have a panel data set from 1987Q1 to 2016Q4. I want to assign each observation using deciles. BUT DECILES NEED TO CALCULATED USING PRIOR OBSERVATIONS ONLY. For e.g. for 2006Q1, decile must be calculated using observations from 1987Q1 to 2006Q1
