I have return data for two types of firms from the year 2015 to 2016, I know how to test the sample difference between two firm categories, or within each type of firm between any two years. My question is how to test the difference of the sample mean difference (namely, the difference changes?)
How could I test if the right-bottom corner value is significantly different from zero?
