Hello,
I have a logistic regression model with interaction term (variable##sex). Variable is categorical variable (0 No 1 Yes) and sex is also categorical variable (0 male 1 female). Is there any way I can calculate the variable effect WITHOUT considering the sex effect? so I'm trying to interpret the main effect for variable alone without accounting for sex effect.
Thank you.
