Dear Statalisters,
I would like to run a regression of panel data set investigating impacts of particular variables on crime rates and would like to include a lagged dependent variable (lagged crime rate). However from what I have been researching, OLS would not be a suitable model for this regression. Would someone be able to provide some advice on a suitable model? I am an undergraduate with not a lot of experience with Stata regression beyond OLS so am considering dropping the variable if, by using the wrong model, it affects my other results.
Many thanks
