I am deploying a 2SLS-regression model, including an interaction term of which one of the variables is endogenous. The 'normal' firm fixed regression looks as follows:

Now, I want to instrument ESGcompensation by two variabels: (i) firm age and (ii) Democratic incorporation. I wrote the regression this way:

But I am fairly sure I am doing something wrong. If I type the 2SLS without the interaction term, but just ESGcompensation and tenure separately, the SE are not all over the place like now. This is the data I use:
