This query is regarding Data based monitoring. I have two datasets, one from a research study team and other from monitoring team of the same research study. The study population is the same. The variables of interest are continuous variable like weight, height, zscore. I merged both the datasets using id. I would like to see mean differences in a single table and its significance (on a daily basis). I used user based command ietoolkit for this, but getting this message

The variable in grpvar(weight_RS) is not a categorical variable. The variable may only include integers where each integer indicates which group each observation belongs to. See tabulation of weight_RS below:

Any suggestion on how to modify this to get the individual observations difference in means (of weight) in a table
