I have a question about count models with random parameters.
Is it possible to, for example, provide a random parameters Poisson model when my data is not panel data?
My data relates to a one year ( number of traffic violations for every driver in one year). Can I use random parameter Poisson model to consider unobserved parameters that may effect the model response variable?
If it is possible, what is the code for Poisson model with random parameters when data is not panel data?
