I wanted to use only 17 countries and am right now struggling with the estimation and always have doubts. Right now I don't understand the concept of the laglimits, if I am lagging twice some variables and if should keep out my time dummies because my instruments are too many (I took out the year dummies in the GMM estimation because I got to many instruments). Here are my OLS, FE and Diff GMM estimation. I was asking myself if I could just not use xtreg for this small sample.
