In my dataset, a director can have different roles each year.
In my example, the director gets a new RoleName in 2010 and in 2016. The timeRole variable recounts again at a newrole.
I don't want that is recounts, but counts further, from 3 to 4.
Thus, what I want is to make a new variable, that gets the first value of TimeRole in the first year the Director appears on the board (Timerole can also be like 5 for example in the first year) and then starts counting for the followings years.
Thus in the example, start at 0 and end at 11 TimeRole.
What is the best way to counter this problem?Array
