Dear all,
How can I conduct meta-regression with single proportion (0% existence)? (I want to know the which factors contributing to the proportion). Metapreg mighjt be helped according to this publication https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf...867X0800800403. But I do not know how to analyse my single proportion with 0% by metapreg. I used metaprop with FTT (Freeman-Tukey double arcsine transformation models) to conduct meta-analysis for pooled proportion but I am stuck when I would like to do meta-regression because of existence of 0%.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Xinyi Huang.
