I have STATA 14 and I was informed that if I purchase STATA 16 I can now do marginalized zero inflated poisson and negative binomial regression analysis as opposed to just doing the zero inflated models. Is that the case ? Also would anyone be able to give me guidance as to how to model marginal models so that I can get both the odds ratio for the excess zeroes and the ratio of mean counts for the overall group. I am using it to model dental caries data. Thanks
