I am currently studying the impact of BRI on economic growth of countries using Difference In Difference. I have 10 years data for 46 countries. My equation is of the form GDP growth rate=BRI+Time+BRI*Time+error term. My biggest challenge is that I have R-square of 0.02. Does this mean that the study is not an important one or one worth studying? I am using Fixed effect mdel (OLS). Thank you
