Dear all,
I was wondering if anyone could help with explaining the difference between the Lunn-McNeil method in analysing risk in competing events (and how to calculate it in Stata)
versus the Fine-gray subdistribution proportional hazards model (which has can be calculated with the -stcrreg- function)
Any help, simple or complex explanations, would be welcome
Thank you very much
