Hello everyone.
I'm trying to make epidemiological curve of COVID 19 in my region. I wonder if STATA could estimate reproductive number (either basic, effective or time dependent). I have data consisted of incidence, prevalence, and date.
I hope any of you could help me out and I really appreciate your help.
Stay safe
