Hi there,
I am running some cox regression analyses and want to estimate the explained variance with the str2ph and str2d command.
It works with the following: str2ph stcox var1 var2
However, my Cox model looks like this: str2ph stcox var1 var2 i.var3 i.var4
my error message is: factor-variable and time-series operators not allowed
is there a work-around so that I can incorporate my factor-variables in the model?
thank you!
kind regards Jessy
