Hi, I have a panel data. I want to perform principal component analysis over the three continuous variables which identify one main concept. I want to derive a principal factor score
that captures the common component underlying these three measures. Thus, I can get a composite measure of these three variables, using the first principal component which captures a substantial portion of the variance in these variables.
Anyone knows how to do this? Thanks!!
