I have started to work on my data do-file for my thesis . I need to export descriptive statistics tables to .tex. However, I struggle with the tex-output for the descriptives statistics by country and year. I want to build a table like the example below. However, I haven't succeeded.

Someone could help me please?

I am ok if I have the variables are as column and country year structure like panel data (I prefer that since it could be easier to read..)
