I am currently trying to follow a world bank paper to estimate EASI model in R with STATA. The paper asks to install "WELCOM" package in STATA, and fill all useful variables in its dialog box.
The paper is: http://dasp.ecn.ulaval.ca/webwel/man...anual_V2.1.pdf
I followed all the steps it writes. Downloaded R, downloaded the "EASI" R package I found online, and installed WELCOM package in STATA. My dialog box is just the same as they provide(Attached below).

However, the board displays strangely. It says "Work in the process under the R tool, please wait .....", and a blue window named "C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\cmd.exe" pops up. I wait for half an hour but no result shows in the Stata, not even an error notification. I am not sure if the STATA gets stuck, or I've done anything wrong with it.

Could somebody helps me with this, really appreciate it!
I attached the pics below.
