Dear All,
I have a question on entrophy balancing matching and would be really grateful if there are any advice on it. Here is my case.
To make things simple, let's say, I have 100 treated firms coming from industries 1-20, and 1000 control firms coming from industries 1-30. The covariates for the matching are firm age and firm size. I want to achieve that a treated firm is matched with a control firm with similar size and age but from a different industry. Is it possible for entrophy balancing matching to achieve this?
Looking forward to any suggestions. Really appreciated!
