Dear Statalisters:
Thanks for reading it!
I'm using a two-period panel data to figure out the impact of a time-invariant variable on time-varying variable,and i was wondering :
1) whether is a effective way to estimate the coefficient of a time-invariant variable by using Correlation Random Effect(CRE) model
2) whether is a feasible explanation about the causal of between time-invariant variable and dependent variable by using this model
3) can i use IV estimation base on CRE model?
Thanks again!
