Dear Statalisters,
I was wondering if anyone knew of or could share some simple "for-dummies" examples showing and explaining how to use scons to manage a Stata project.
I have had some success using make but find that the syntax, especially how fussy it is about spaces vs tabs, line wrapping, etc., makes it difficult to pitch to collaborators and get them up to speed.
The GSLab-Econ Template provides an example (*) but this novice at least could use something simpler as a starting point.
Thanks,
BL
