Good Morning,
a client wants to have a stata dataset in SAS. Therefore I exported the data as a v8xpt file.
Apparently he could not open the file with SAS and would prefer an .exp file. I do not have any idea about SAS, nor do I know .exp files.
My question:
Is it possible to export Stata data as .exp file?
And, if anybody knows SAS, why would he not be able to open a v8xpt file, which is apparently (according to Stata) a standard SAS format?
I use Stata 16.
Thanks alot!
Marius
