Dear statalists, please, could someone help me?
How do I interpret my results when using only FE, the results are significant and the sign in the expected direction. But when using iv+FE, the first stage shows a strong iv (F >10), but the second stage presents the coefficient of interest (x-hat) non-significant ? What does this mean? Does this mean that the FE is the best specification and iv+Fe is not a good option? Or should the iv+fe be giving me results in line with the FE only?
Many thanks!
Regards.
