Hi, I have been working with a panel data set where my cross section id is divided into various categories. Hence, each category is observed for a particular year leading to repeated time values within a panel. Therefore, when I specify my cross section id and year using the xtset command, I get the error as "repeated time values within a panel". Does anyone know how to solve this ? Any suggestions would be of helpful. Thanks!
