Dear Stata Users,
I run a panel fixed effects model. To check the cross-sectional dependency, I run following Pesaran test and stata generated the result as below. I am not sure why the Pr (1.9814) is greater than 1? Could you please share your thoughts on the following queries:
Why p-value could be greater than 1?
Whether such p-value is acceptable to use? if not what's the alternative to conduct this test?
Does the "Average absolute value (0.33) suggest to reject independence?
Thanks
