Hi everyone, I would really appreciate your help on how to create subsets of sample. I am conducting t-test of differences in means of firms with high number of female directors(>2) versus those with a low number(0). The paper that I am leaning on performed t-test on unmatched sample, and matched sample where they created subsets with pairs of firms, matched by size and 2-digit SIC. From the previous forum posts, it seems like teffects nnmatch could be used, however, I am unsure how to apply it to my data and conduct t-test.
Any suggestion would be welcome! Thank you in advance!
