Hi stata users,
Currently, I'm researching for my thesis about the impact of non-tariff measures on Peruvian exports. For this purpose, I'm using the gravity model and the PPMLHDFE estimator. So, I have a question about clustering errors: Should I cluster errors (cluster distance) considering that I only have one exporter country against 50 importer countries? What are the cons or benefits of doing that?
