Hi Listers,
A reviewer has suggested presenting Bayes Factors.
I am wondering how to do this after a repeated t-test - R has the BayesFactor package, is there anything similar for Stata?
I am also wondering whether it is even possible to estimate Bayes Factors following the use of the Mann-Whitney test, which I opted for as the data were not normally distributed for one my measures. Could I use any other approach for non-parametric tests?
Thanks in advance!
