Hello,
I am carrying out a Principal Component Analysis on a rather large dataset (6500 observations). However, I am wondering, how does the pca command deal with missing values? Certain variables in my dataset do not have the full 6500 observations. Are they automatically omitted? Are there any considerations I should take into account concerning missing values?
Kind regards,
