Dear All,
I am helping a friend with some Stata coding. I am myself not an expert.
They have a count based dependent variable which captures the number of entries by a firm in a country in a year. The xtpoisson and xtnbreg is not working despite the data has ~98% zeros in DV.
Can they use PPML ?
thanks.
