Hello, I used commands zscore06 and igrowup to estimate z-scores. They only work for children below 5. What is the command to generate z-scores for children above 5 using 2006 WHO reference chart. Command zanthro only shows two version of charts: US and UK, both of which are not the same as 2006 WHO chart. Thank you.
