Stata Version: 12

Dear all,

I've tried to download the user written command -nbvargr-, however I received the following error message:

net describe nbvargr, from(https://stats.idre.ucla.edu/stat/stata/ado/analysis)
unknown network protocol
https://stats.idre.ucla.edu/stat/stata/ado/analysis/ either
1) is not a valid URL, or
2) could not be contacted, or
3) is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).

I found out that Stata 11 is not accepting "http://..."-downloads, so maybe this is also the case for Stata 12? I also tried to browse the website to download the command, but it did not work.
Do you know whether there is an alternative way to download the command? I need this command to decide whether my data is better suited for negative binomial regression or poisson regression.
