I have 2 questions:
1. How to retain "zero" and "1" proportion in meta-analysis of proportion studies? When I set "declare pre-computed effect size" for proportion studies (no control group), I am supposed to provide Standard Error. Unless until I remove "zero" & "1" proportion from my dataset, Stata can't synthesize Forest plot. I need some command to keep "zero" & "1". Does anyone have some solution?
2. Do I need to do transformations for proportion studies meta-analysis? Does stata meta-analysis section has any command for that or it does automatically while providing Forest plot?
Thanks, VM
