I'm using a dataset with 6 variables measuring different complications a participant could have had. (For example, wound_complication 0=no, 1=yes; cardiac_complication 0=no, 1=yes; etc.).
I want to group the participants by number of complications (0, 1, or >=2). How can I use my complication variables to create this grouping?
I use Stata 16.0 SE
Thank you,
Katie
