Sorry, this might be a basic question but when searching for an answer that includes "timestamp" I get all types of results that don't pertain to my question.
In the early stages of a project, I find my Do file can take 24-48 hours to run and would like to know how long each step is taking so I can work to reduce the time for the longest portions. Since my Do files often have over 300 lines I would prefer not to add code at each step to generate a timestamp in the results window. Is there a way to set this up so it's produced automatically at each step in the results window or have the log produce a timestamp at each step of the process?
Thanks!
