Hello Everybody!
I need help with a code. I have numbers of german's regions (e.g. 1002,1051 to 16077). The first numbers (1-16) are for the states of Germany. So my Prof said I have to use the code substr() to get the numbers 1 to 16. So I habe the 16 States of Germany. But I don't know how to use this code.
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards
Maria Herlitz
P.S. Sorry for my bad englisch!
