Dear All,
I want to calculate the extra LOS attributable to a HAI. Using the command "predictms" I have calculated the transition probabilities and LOS in each state, but I cannot understand how i could calculate the extra LOS. I would really appreciate if someone could share with me any thoughts.
Thank you in advance,
Georgia
