Hi all
I could use some advice if you would be so kind.
I have a dataset with a binomial independent value (a specific type of exposure), a binomial outcome (positive test for disease), and a random effect (site). Site is very important for multiple reasons but most sites are N=1 or 2 while a minority are up to N=95
I am having trouble determining how to properly account for both the binomial factors and the random effect-- any input appreciated.
