I am doing a DCE analysis now. I am using the command of "mixlogit". I found that -mixlogit- does not include an intercept term. But I want to mixlogit to have the intercept since I have the opt-out in each scenario.
I have read the previous contents in this forum. Somebody answers "No, -mixlogit- does not include an intercept term, you have to generate the alternative specific constants yourself and include them in the model. Note that the constants in these models are *not* vectors of 1s but dummy variables which equal one for the alternative the constant represents and zero otherwise"
After reading this answer, I still don't know how to do. Could anyone explain it more clearly or give another way? Many thanks.
