Hi All,
I need some advice.
I have performed the Gregory Hansen test for cointegration to check for break at:
1. level
2. trend
3. regime
The results show break at level and regime but at different point. For level the break is 1992 and regime its 2005.
Should I create a dummy for both break points and include both points in regression or just choose one between the two.
Thanks
Rose
