Array

I've a data set as show above. The cikcode represents individual companies and i have the start year and end year for a certain event/activity. The start and end years are not continuous and have intervals as well. For eg. For cikcode 1961, one event is from 2007-2008 and the other one is ffrom 2013-2014. So i want years to be 2007 2008 2013 and 2014 like shown in the last column. How do I do it in stata as my data set is pretty big and have thousands of observations. I want it for each cikcode.
