Hello,
I am trying to compare two curves generated using rocreg - one curve that is not adjusted and a second curve that is adjusted for a continuous covariate (image quality score). I am able to get the 95% CI and AUC for each individual roc regression, but I do not seem to be able to store the estimates so that I can compare the AUCs of these two curves and generate a p-value for the difference between the AUCs (which is something that can be done when using roccomp after logistic regression for example). Do you know if there is a command or program to get the p-value for the difference in AUCs of two ROC curves after rocreg?
Thank you for your help.
