Hi everyone,
I am interested in tabulating the mean level 1 explained variance Array and mean total R2 Array across imputed datasets. (formulas derived from LaHuis et al., 2014)
I found that there is a way to tabulate R2 using the mltrsq command in xtmixed, but also know that xtmixed has been renamed to mixed, and was not able to find further information on using mltrsq with mixed. (https://www.statalist.org/forums/for...evel-modelling)
Additionally I need to get the average R2 across the imputed datasets (I have 25 imputed datasets).
I was advised to refer to this (https://www.stata.com/support/faqs/statistics/combine-results-with-multiply-imputed-data/) to come up with my own code, but after reviewing it, I wasn't sure how I can draw estimates across different models (null and full models).
I am very new to Stata, and would very much appreciate any insights on this! Thank you!
