I use STATA 13.1 however I cannot find and isntall the spost packages . When I search for these packages and click on them I get the following messege:

Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
https://jslsoc.sitehost.iu.edu/stata/ either
1) is not a valid URL, or
2) could not be contacted, or
3) is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).
