Dear Members
I hope all is well. Please, I would like to know that :
1-) Should I use Xtset Command before making dummy and Winsor2 if I Don't have missing in my Year variable ?
2-) bysort or sort the ID or Year . Should I use them . or they no make any sense in my case ?
3-) please, How can I make group of variables dividing by 100 ( command ) and with wiszor 2 Command as well .
