I noticed a 3 examples in the Spatial Autoregressive Models Reference Manual (Release 16) that 3 examples provided in the manual for spxtregress had rho estimates beyond 1. How would you even interpret such an estimate since the autocorrelation parameter is supposed be theoretically bound between -1 and 1 inclusive? Or does this situation imply something else? Am I missing something here?
