Hello all, Thanks in advance for your help with this request. I am attempting to run models using the “synth_runner” command for estimating the synthetic control method using multiple treatment units treated at different moments in time. Yet when I run this model "synth_runner depvar indepvar1 indepvar2 indepvar3, d(D)” I receive the following error: “Error estimating treatment effect for unit 13 file not found.” I have read this thread on Stackoverflow (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/...s-synth-runner) but I don’t think that any of the three potential sources of the problem listed there apply to my data (1. missing outcome data; 2. unit names are too long; 3. lack of variation on a covariate). If anyone has had similar experience I’d be super grateful for any feedback you can provide. Thanks!
