Dear community,
please excuse this off-topic question, but over the last weeks and months I came to appreciate this forum a lot because of its vivid community and spot-on replies and thus turn to you with a pressing and yet unsolved question about BoardEx. Currently, I am doing some analyses with BoardEx data and realized that, on the one hand, there is a directorid which is shown in the dataset and, on the other hand, an "URL-ID" that appears when you view a director's profile on the BoardEx website. I heard that there is something like a "Linking table" connecting the two of them.
My thesis supervisor wants me to link the two directorID's but I have absolutely no idea how I could accomplish that.
I would appreciate it very much if someone could help me with my problem or refer me to an appropriate forum covering BoardEx-related issues. I already contacted the help desk several days ago, but didn't receive an answer yet.
Thank you!!
Marie
