Hi everyone,
I am currently doing a time-series analysis, using the VECM model.
For a post-estimation, I wrote a paragraph about the Impulse Response Function (IRF).
I wrote the definition, plotted the graph and described it. However, my professor suggested that I should add more content about the types of IRF that I am using and the consequences of this decision.
Therefore, I am a bit lost, as I don't really know how to proceed. When she talks about the different types of IRF, does she perhaps mean the Orthogonal impulse responses and Structural impulse responses?
Thank you in advance for the answers!
